- penthouse with about 4.5m ceiling height
- floor space about 117sqm
- large balcony and long hallway
- lots of windows and a view of the Spree (very bright and amazing light in the afternoon and evening)
- elevator available
- furnishings are minimalist and Mid-Century Modern
