The Villa was built at the end of the nineteenth century together with the church of San Sebastiano and Rocco by a noble Milanese family, formerly the seat of the convent of the Benedictine nuns (the monastery of San Benedetto of the nuns perpetually adoring the Blessed Sacrament) until the early fifties.
The Villa has been recently renovated, preserving its ancient aspect, such as the original Lombard terracotta floor in the sleeping area, together with a new modern and technologically advanced internal system.
