Our spacious production area in the heart of Berlin, invites you to film shoots, photo shoots, commercial shoots and more. On a total of 496m2 your film set can be designed according to your wishes.
The space is located on the first floor and has a large window front facing the street, through which natural sunlight shines throughout the day. There are roller blinds on the windows, but darkening is also possible by foil, curtains or other means.
With up to 199 people or even in small groups, they can use the space.
The location can be rented as a free area, or depending on the equipment wishes, for a small extra charge, furnished. There are no limits to creativity.

Drinks and catering are offered from the house and can be added on demand. Also in the food and beverage selection, we can meet any request.

A music system is also available and included in the price. Highspeed WLAN, toilets and an outdoor area for breaks are part of the basic equipment of our premises.

The excellent location on Kantstraße offers a super connection to all of Berlin. The subway station Wilmersdorferstraße is about 600m away, but also the Ku'damm can be reached on foot in less than 12 minutes. In the inner courtyard there are parking spaces for which a fee is charged.
