The old building from 1914 looks more modern from the outside than its construction year would suggest: the building has been renovated so extensively that it can be considered the most modern Altbau in Mitte. It has an internal elevator, with which you can easily get to the front door. At the moment there are 8 steps to the mezzanine floor or just as many in the basement to the elevator. All doors in the house are already threshold-free, the bathrooms have floor-level showers.

The brick vaulted ceilings and stairways were exposed and sandblasted and, like the old, elaborately restored stair rails, existing wooden doors and the historic, 100-year-old, original tiled floor, give the stairwell a special charm.

The smooth white plastered walls, the ceiling spots and the modern technical equipment of the entire building form an exciting contrast.

A highlight is the light installation by Philips you. All lights can be set to different color themes and give a wide array of moods to select from for the shoot.

All furniture and appliances are brandnew and of a superior standard.

There are two apartments next to each other. One 47m² unit and a 95m² unit - both are located on the same floor. They can be rented out separately or combined.
