The Water Tower Studio is located in a old water tower built in 1877 and today offers a creative space for video, photo and audio productions, corporate events, workshops, lectures, coaching and seminars. The approximately 240 square meter loft at a height of almost 30 meters offers an incomparable 360° panoramic view over Berlin and next to the ICC and Olympiastadium
The studio offers the perfect space for professional video, film and photo shoots. Due to the round shape of the former water tower, the loft has natural sunlight all day long, but can also be completely darkened if necessary.
A ceiling height of up to 4.80m enables the flexible use of equipment, which can be transported directly to the location via an elevator. The entire studio is barrier-free and can be used and individually adapted for different set-ups thanks to the flexible and open floor plan.
With the help of the large dimmable LED light ceiling in the roof, the entire loft can be perfectly illuminated and is also ideally suited for the technical implementation of live streams due to the separate server room, floor-sunken sockets and network connections.
The free-standing design kitchen also allows food productions to be perfectly realized and allows recordings from a wide variety of perspectives.
No compromises were made when choosing the interior either, and value was deliberately placed on timeless classics by renowned designers such as Philippe Starck, Eileen Gray, Verner Panton, Pepe Cortés or Egon Eiermann. Changing art objects by up-and-coming Berlin artists. such as Katharina Ruhm or Balzer Balzer, give the loft another unique selling point and can also be part of the motif.
