Description

The loft house and the residential church are two unusual living concepts on Feurigstraße that we implemented with the architect Roger Bundschuh. The model for the loft house is the studio house MIK12 in Berlin-Mitte.

In the 1970s, David Bowie and Iggy Pop lived on Schöneberger Hauptstrasse and wrote their greatest hits there. The rock n' roll factor in the neighborhood has dropped since then, but the quality of life is constantly increasing. Cozy parks, a maximum range of cafés, bars and restaurants as well as a colorful hustle and bustle on the weekend market characterize the neighborhood and increase the feel-good factor even beyond the established locations.

Staging the apartment is allowed, within reason. We're open if you want to move or remove furniture to use your own, provided our belongings are replaced where they were before the project.
