velvet space is a new coworking and event location in the heart of Munich. A personal, green and living room-like atmosphere meets the vibrant and urban surroundings of the university district and provides an inspirational work atmosphere.
During the week, from 9am to 6pm we operate normally as a coworking space but on weekends the location is often empty and can be rented out for photo shootings as well as video content creation.

The coworking location is equipped with individual furniture and as the name velvet space implies, there are many velvet elements throughout the design. The space is greened with many plants, custom made wooden tables and small details like the self painted fridge or the kitchen top that originally was the old dance floor of the Gärtnerplatztheater, bring individual charm and local reference to the rooms.

The location extends over 400 square Meters and two floors. The first floor is a souterrain and the second one a ground floor including an outdoor courtyard.
All the pictures attached were taken without artificial light, as the windows are big quite a lot of natural light is given.
