The object is in a industrial backyard, centrally located in Berlin.
It was build 1927 and consists of brick-stone walls as well as industrial period old windows. The floor is all concrete which gives it a rough, loft like feeling. The whole object is in total 650sqm, 4,5 meter at its highest point and is located in the first floor of the building.
But no worries, it is an easy work to handle the outdoor lift by a commander, which is perfectly build to bear heavy technical components directly to the photo studio area (H) There is a huge social room with kitchen, chill area (B) and a unisex toilette as well (H).

WIFI is free of charge and can be used all over the entire object. Originally my small Berliner furniture brand is settled in this space (C,G,E,F).
So every exhibited furniture in the area (B) is also useable for your record (by agreement) as well. Next highway is 5 min, next airport (TXL) just 10 minutes by car. Closest public transfer station is right in front of the building by itself. T

he photo studio with 75sqm by itselfs is in a thick molton-curtains seperated sector of the space.(A) Its measurements are: 7,5m x 10m x 4m (LxWxH) but can be expand (by extra booking) to the section (C). This would result a total space of 112,5sqm.
The ground and the background surface is completely made from white colored plywood. the right sided short wall is plastered with concrete.
So if desired, you can make records in front of a concrete wall as well. Alternatively you can use one of our 5 XXL-wallpapers (3,5m width), which can be rolled out (black, green, white) too.
High frequented power plugs are distributed well thought around the entire studio.
For a perfect brightness in total, we recommend at least 5000 watt professional studio lights.

The whole object has no heating system. So there will be no warranty in terms of a minimum or maximum room temperature.
